New York Building Congress Welcomes Newly Installed Classes of 2027
Two new members, four retirements and one Emeritus transition announced
New York, NY (Jan. 24, 2025) — Yesterday, at its Annual Membership Meeting & Construction Industry Luncheon, the New York Building Congress installed the Class of 2027 Board of Directors and the 2027 Class of the New York Building Foundation Board of Governors.
The installation included two new members to, and four retirements from, the Building Congress Board of Directors, as well as an Emeritus transition.
“We are thrilled to welcome our board members, each bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to the construction industry, as we express our deep gratitude to our retiring directors,” said Carlo A. Scissura, Esq., President & CEO of the New York Building Congress. “Our new directors’ diverse backgrounds and knowledge of infrastructure, engineering and building projects will enrich our collective efforts at the Building Congress. We look forward to their contributions as we work together towards a thriving future for New York.”

The Building Congress also extended its gratitude to Joseph Ienuso of New York-Presbyterian and Victoria Cerami for their dedicated service as members. Ms. Cerami will transition to an Emeritus position, while Mr. Ienuso will retire. Aine Brazil, Raymond Daddazio and Mysore Nagaraja also announced their retirements following invaluable contributions as part of the 2024 Emeriti Class.
