The city’s $3.5 billion redevelopment plan to transform the Brooklyn Marine Terminal is finally moving forward.After securing support from two key holdouts late last week, the 28-member, city-appointed task force voted Monday 17-8 in favor of the Adams administration’s vision to redevelop the 122-acre waterfront stretch — from Pier 7 in Cobble Hill to Pier 12 in Red Hook — with potentially 6,000 new apartments, modern port infrastructure and new parkland.
