That the next Council of Industry Women meeting taking place on Thursday, April 24. This will be an in-person meeting at the Building Congress’ office. Refreshments will be available at 3:30 p.m. and the meeting will begin at 4:00 p.m.
The meeting will feature a panel discussion highlighting the critical work of women working on advancing sustainable transportation and infrastructure initiatives. The conversation will touch on the integration of climate resilience into infrastructure projects, innovative funding mechanisms and the importance of inclusive planning processes. The panelists include Sadia Janjua, Chief of Digital Transformation & Project Controls for the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, Eve Michel, Principal, eMrecon Consulting and ex-Officio MTA Construction & Development Program Executive and Chief Architect; and Dana Coyle, Associate Director for Sustainability, Mace Group (Gateway Development Commission/Hudson Tunnel). The moderator will be Porie Saikia-Eapen, Principal, Sustainable Strategies, Mace North America.
