Federal Infrastructure Bank Act of 2025
Establishes the Federal Infrastructure Bank and the Federal Infrastructure Bank Holding Company. The bank is intended to provide equity investments, direct loans, and loan guarantees for the planning, predevelopment, design, construction, operation, or maintenance of infrastructure projects in the United States.

Pro-Housing Act of 2025
This bill would create HUD pilot planning and implementation grants plus below-Treasury loans to local governments to expand housing, especially near transit, and would direct GSA to transfer unused federal property to states and cities for mixed-use or affordable housing development.
